Terms and conditions of use and sale – DIVINAS IMPORT

1. PRODUCT INFORMATION AND AVAILABILITY

• Prior Inspection: Divinas Import guarantees that all products are meticulously inspected before dispatch.
• Shipping Transparency: As a safety and transparency measure, the company will send the Customer visual evidence (photo or video) of the packed order before it is handed over to the transport agency. Once this evidence is sent, the order is considered to have been properly prepared.

2. SHIPPING AND TRANSPORT RESPONSIBILITIES

• Delivery Data: The Customer is solely responsible for providing accurate data (name, ID/RUC, address, phone) for dispatch. Divinas Import assumes no responsibility for delivery errors caused by incorrect or incomplete data.
• Carrier Choice: Transport is carried out through the logistics company selected by the Customer.
• Third-Party Liability Limitation: Once the product is handed over to the transport agency, custody of the item becomes that entity's responsibility. Divinas Import is not responsible for delays, losses, physical damage, impacts or mishandling of the merchandise during transit. Any claim for these reasons must be filed by the Customer directly with the transport company.

3. CANCELLATION AND PAYMENT POLICY

• Irrevocability: Once the order is confirmed and the payment is made, purchase cancellations or withdrawals are not accepted, since the preparation and logistics process starts immediately.
• Delivery Times: Estimated arrival times are for reference only and may vary depending on the destination, the transport agency's workload or peak demand seasons.

4. EXCHANGE AND RETURNS POLICY

• Exclusions for Personal Preference: For hygiene, logistics and product nature reasons, exchanges or returns based on personal taste, scent perceptions, minor color variations (caused by the user's screen settings) or subjective expectations are not accepted.
• Conditions for Exceptional Cases: In the unlikely event that a return is accepted as an extraordinary commercial gesture:

1. The product must be sealed, with no signs of use and in its original packaging.
2. The Customer will assume 100% of the shipping costs (both the original outbound freight and the return freight to our warehouses).

5. MANUFACTURING DEFECT WARRANTY

In compliance with current regulations, if a product shows an evident manufacturing defect, the Customer must report it within a maximum of 24 or 48 hours after receipt, attaching visual evidence. The case will be assessed to proceed with the corresponding exchange, provided the damage is not attributable to transport or misuse.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content, images, logos and visual material on the website are the property of Divinas Import. Their total or partial reproduction without express authorization is prohibited.

7. JURISDICTION AND APPLICABLE LAW

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Peru. In the event of any dispute, the parties submit to the jurisdiction of the judges and courts of the judicial district of Lima, waiving any other venue.
